Active Motor Carrier (MC) Authority – Carriers must maintain valid and active Motor Carrier (MC) authority with the FMCSA. This ensures legal operating status and readiness to accept freight upon dispatch.

Proper Insurance Coverage – Carriers are required to carry current auto liability and cargo insurance that meets or exceeds industry-standard coverage requirements, protecting freight and all parties involved. Additional coverages such as general liability and trailer interchange may be required based on equipment and shipment type.

Safety & Compliance Standards – We partner with carriers who demonstrate strong safety practices, satisfactory safety ratings, and a commitment to meeting federal regulatory requirements.
